8jilizz Terms and Conditions for Philippine Players

01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 8jilizz website, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is effective from the moment you click "Register" or otherwise begin using the 8jilizz platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account and must not use any 8jilizz services. If you already have an account and no longer agree to these terms, please contact support at support@8jilizz.best to close your account before any unsettled funds are withdrawn.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the 8jilizz Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 8jilizz.

02Eligibility

The 8jilizz platform is available only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where using online gaming services is lawful for you personally.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list operated by 8jilizz or a recognised responsible gaming body.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 8jilizz or its affiliated companies.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party.

8jilizz reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time, including before processing a first withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and any funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

03Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account at 8jilizz. Creating multiple accounts — including accounts under different names, phone numbers, or payment details — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate suspension and potential forfeiture of balances.

Accurate Information Required

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, email address, and any identity documents requested during verification. Submitting false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8jilizz login credentials. Do not share your password or one-time PINs (OTPs) with anyone, including people who claim to represent 8jilizz. Our support team will never ask for your password. Notify 8jilizz immediately at support@8jilizz.best if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Account Verification (KYC)

8jilizz may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any time it deems appropriate. Standard documents include a government-issued ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's licence, SSS, UMID, or voter's ID) and proof of payment method ownership. Failing to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension until verification is complete.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

All deposits to 8jilizz must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered 8jilizz account holder — are not permitted and may be returned or flagged for investigation.

Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and eligible Visa and Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso.

8jilizz does not charge deposit fees on its end, but your payment provider may apply their own service charges. Check with your provider before depositing.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification — accounts that have not completed KYC may experience delays.

Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. VIP Club members at Gold tier and above receive priority processing. 8jilizz is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving payment provider's own processing timelines.

8jilizz reserves the right to carry out additional checks on any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large amounts, or accounts flagged for unusual activity. These checks are conducted in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

05Bonuses and Promotions

8jilizz offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, time limits, and game restrictions. These specific terms are published with each individual promotion.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered accounts only. One bonus per player, household, IP address, and payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time period. Uncompleted wagering forfeits the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Where a maximum bet rule applies during bonus play, bets exceeding that limit may result in bonus cancellation and winnings derived from those bets being voided.
• 8jilizz reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with notice provided where practicable.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, coordination across accounts, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension, and potential forfeiture of winnings.

06Referral Programme

The 8jilizz Refer a Friend programme allows registered members to earn PHP rewards by inviting new players to join the platform. The current reward structure is ₱200 for the referring member and ₱100 for the newly registered friend, both credited upon the friend completing a qualifying first deposit.

Referral Eligibility Conditions

• The referred person must be genuinely new to 8jilizz — no prior account history, IP address overlap with existing accounts, or duplicate identity documents.
• The referred person must complete registration using the referrer's unique link and must make a qualifying first deposit that meets the current minimum threshold.
• Referral rewards will not be paid for accounts that fail identity verification, accounts created with false information, or accounts associated with prohibited conduct.
• Mass referral farming — including paid traffic, fake accounts, or incentivised sign-ups that do not reflect genuine intended platform usage — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of the referring account.
• 8jilizz reserves the right to modify the referral reward amounts, qualifying deposit thresholds, and eligibility conditions at any time with reasonable notice.

Referral rewards are credited as real PHP to your main wallet and are withdrawable subject to standard withdrawal conditions. No additional wagering requirement is attached to referral cash rewards.

07VIP Club

The 8jilizz VIP Club is a tiered loyalty programme that rewards members based on their real-money wagering activity on the platform. Tier advancement, cashback rates, withdrawal priority, and other privileges are determined by 8jilizz at its sole discretion and may be updated periodically.

• VIP Club membership is by invitation or automatic tier progression based on play activity.
• Benefits at each tier — including cashback percentages, withdrawal speed, and dedicated account manager access — are described in the VIP Club section of the 8jilizz website.
• VIP tiers are assessed on a monthly basis. Failure to maintain the required wagering activity may result in tier downgrade at the next assessment period.
• VIP Club benefits cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or assigned to third parties.
• 8jilizz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP Club programme at any time, with affected members notified in advance where possible.

08Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

8jilizz is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Cheating or collusion — including coordinating bets with other players to manipulate outcomes in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Use of automated tools — bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting software, or any mechanism that automates game decisions without manual input.
• Exploitation of software errors — taking advantage of bugs, glitches, or system faults to generate winnings that would not occur under normal conditions. Winnings from exploited errors are void and will be reversed.
• Money laundering — using the 8jilizz platform to deposit, circulate, or withdraw funds connected to illegal activity. 8jilizz complies with applicable anti-money laundering legislation and will report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities.
• Identity fraud — registering or operating an account using someone else's identity, creating accounts on behalf of others, or using falsified documents during KYC.
• Chargebacks — initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute through a bank or payment provider. Accounts associated with chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation.

09Responsible Gaming

Available Tools

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.

• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the 8jilizz platform. Requests are processed promptly and are not easily reversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

10Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 8jilizz platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 8jilizz content without prior written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any 8jilizz software.
• Use the 8jilizz brand name, logo, or trademarks in any form without written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on 8jilizz content or game mechanics.

Unauthorised use of 8jilizz intellectual property may constitute infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

11Limitation of Liability

The 8jilizz platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While 8jilizz makes reasonable efforts to ensure uptime and reliability, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 8jilizz's control.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from a player's decision to use the platform, including gaming losses.
• Any technical error, communication failure, or internet disruption that prevents a bet from being placed or results in an incomplete round.

In the event of a technical fault that affects game results, 8jilizz will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with its internal policies. Decisions made by 8jilizz regarding game disputes are final in respect of platform access, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits 8jilizz's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12Privacy and Data

8jilizz collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering at 8jilizz, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. 8jilizz may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the service.

13Account Suspension and Closure

8jilizz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering.
• Chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the account holder.
• Inability to verify the account holder's identity within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirements that prevent 8jilizz from continuing to provide services to a specific individual.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, 8jilizz may withhold any pending balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request without any outstanding breach, remaining verified balances will be returned to the original payment method after standard checks are completed.

Account closures do not automatically cancel pending withdrawal requests. Contact support to confirm the status of any pending transaction.

14Amendments to These Terms

8jilizz may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in law, platform features, or business operations. When material changes are made, 8jilizz will notify registered members via email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate update is required by law or for security reasons.

Continuing to use the 8jilizz platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with updated terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date.

15Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws and the licensing framework under which 8jilizz operates. Any dispute arising from the use of 8jilizz that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team will be handled through the dispute resolution procedures available under the applicable regulatory framework.
